My 2025 Wellness Trend Predictions

[ad_1]

It looks like each year and the new trend will arrive. Often they are just rehabilitating old trends. (Nothing new under the sun …) In today’s post, I covered the health trends that I predicted for 2025. If they are worth the tracking and how you may want to use.

Many of these things come back to the basis of real health!

I am not one of the latest trends. But I was supported by what I saw until this year. Many people are trying to find friends to the body and support them sustainably. You may start to see these health trends in social media and even in the news.

1. Focus on minerals

The first health trend that I think we will see is better understanding and focusing on minerals. If you have heard me about minerals before and how important it is, they will not be new for you. But I think that minerals are becoming more trend when our bodies need them.

I changed to use a lot of salt and noticed the big improvement in my own health. It seems that in the end, we moved out of salt and admitted that it was a health tool. Unfortunately, because of the modern farming, many foods do not have nutrition and minerals they used to do. However, by increasing more minerals through salt, silica, magnesium, electrolyte, and others that we can help in this lack.

I use many types of minerals from various sources and want to be diverse. This is the mineral that I use:

Tips that can be carried out: Pay attention to the mineral resources in your daily life and try some more. Try adding one teaspoon of salt for health at night. Drink in the morning after melting

2. Active movement

Probably because I was very focused on it. But I think many people are stepping into the active movement. (No play), low level movement, such as walking, climbing, and Kinstrick is popular. Many women are exercising regularly and lifting weights. (Not just forced by Cardoron)

I have Dr. Gabriel Liang in Pod Cast and we talked about increasing muscle for health to be important for longing. Even the mainstream admitted how important the movement of work has been in the overall health. As a side record, I noticed those in my life that focuses on agility, it has a variation of a good heart rate.

Here are some movements that I focus on this year:

  • Kinstretch
  • Calisthenics (with my daughter!)
  • Active movements such as climbing, sagging, hanging, barring etc.

Tips that can be carried out: Want to increase your metabolism and improve sleep and muscles? Try to take a 10-minute walk or make a 30-40 air sprayer after every meal. The study shows that it supports the growth of muscles and glycles from carbohydrates to our muscles.

In addition, try to combine more active movements in your daily activities. Or start by changing your office chair to this!

3. Return to Whole Foods

“Health” food has been a trend for decades. But the definition of health experts has changed over the years. Instead of a highly processed food (Even healthy food) I think we will see more happy food. The food bar replaces food and meals that are too complex, not very important.

If you follow me on Instagram, you will notice that I tend to eat fish eggs and raw vegetables for breakfast. Eating for health does not need to be complicated! The key is to focus on the density of nutrients, not just calories and macro.

When we do not receive our macros or secondary nutrients enough, our body will continue to want to continue food. By focusing on nourishing our body, we will signal the safety, tell our body that we have enough nutrients.

Tips that can be carried out: Trying to focus on foods that contain dense nutrients so that your body is really what you want. Don’t forget the nutrients!

4. Light rhythm and Circadian

It seems that many people are talking about the effects of light on our health. The light is probably the most important signal for our Circadian rhythm in the modern world of the LED lights and bright screens. We experience the light level every hour throughout the day.

The morning sunlight and avoiding the blue light after the sun sets to help our hormone cortexal, hunger, and others. For me, this means that I try to eat only during the day and change to a low light. Down and soft after the sunset

Tips that can be carried out: Trying to get more natural sunlight outside during the day. (Especially in the morning) reduce artificial light (especially at night). Try changing your lamp for what is friendly to these Circadian.

5. Health data survey and management

With Apple Watch, Oura ring and other wearing equipment. Following up on our health information is never just near to reach. While we were able to work with the workers at the end of the day, we were our own main health care services.

Now you can test in an inexpensive laboratory with many indicators to maintain your health. And thanks to a medical doctor who works and even AI, you can receive personal suggestions about results.

Tips that can be carried out: Try using costumes such as the Oura ring (what I use) to track the health indicators. For testing in the laboratory, I like the health function. They are inexpensive and offers a lot of information.

6. Community and social health

This is a return to the relationship of a healthy community. Over the years, we have disappeared in our community and unfortunately it has a negative impact. Self connection cannot be replaced by social media!

Meeting, church, school, gathering, mothers, etc., is important to our health. Is one of the important reasons that people in the blue area live for a long time!

And whenever we can do things related to health in the group, we will receive special benefits, such as the health center using a sauna with friends, etc.

Tips that can be carried out: Look for the community in your area so you and your family join. Do your own intent! If you don’t find things that are right for you to create your own and invite others to join

7. Health

After almost a thousand episodes and hundreds of guests, there was one thing they agreed. The importance of quality sleep! I spoke about the importance of exposure for health and relationships with how we slept at night.

There are many aspects for this. But I feel that many people are noticed the role of light in sleep. It is good that you want it to be so dark that you can’t see your hands in front of your face. If you live in a pollution area, light curtains off the lights are a good way to fix!

Tips that can be carried out: I switched to the UBLOCOCOut shade, which guarantees 100% blocking (more than the curtain). Receive your light for your Circadian rhythm and better sleep.

8. Natural clothing fibers

You may notice some mothers in Instagram return to cotton and small linen in the grassland. At that time, that’s not really my style. I noticed the focus on natural fibers such as organic cotton, linen, silk and wool.

I love synthetic pants that are very comfortable as the next woman. But I changed to more natural fibers While they are convenient and modern, bad plastic clothes are on the side of our skin all the time. Especially when we sweat and exercise

Tips that can be carried out: The shops grow rapidly or buy from a group/secondhand stores for vintage clothes and many new natural fibers. This also offers more natural and organic fabrics.

Try changing into a linen pajamas and linen pajamas (or cotton) at night. One of the three of our lives is used on the bed, so it is an easy way to change clothes positively!

Change for the better

It may be a seductive to try to change violently for the new year. But the research shows that they are not stuck Instead of following all the latest fashion, check and decide which strategies and habits that will work the best for you. Resulting in simple changes and regularly (most) will be paid in the long run I am a great believe in the rules of 80/20 to make things sustainable and that will look different for each person.

Everything about the balance and try new things to make a sustainable change! And as a mother, we can help children have good habits as well.

What new healthy habits do you try this year? What from this program or something different? Comment and let us know!
